08/20/09: Chef Sho does N'Orleans Cuisine

 

Fresh crawfish delivered direct from New Orleans.  Cooked with fresh lime, cilantro, and beer - all cooked with a smokey spice.  Tasty and juicey!  Reminiscent of a trip the Chef took to New Orleans 19 years ago!
