The innovative and versatile violinist Anne Akiko Meyers performs with pianist Reiko Uchida at Yoshi's as part of a nationwide tour to celebrate the September 28th release of their new album on the E1 label Seasons...dreams.   The evening will include works by Beethoven, Debussy, Gershwin, Schnittke, Wagner and Vernon Duke.

One of the world’s premiere concert violinists, Anne Akiko Meyers is recognized as a trailblazing musician whose playing “flows from the heart” (The New York Times). Since making her debut with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at age 11, Meyers has made regular appearances with the world's major orchestras, including the Boston Symphony, New York Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic, Warsaw Philharmonic, Orchestre de Paris, Tokyo’s NHK Symphony and many others.
