Nothing conjures up comfort on cold rainy days like a hot bowl of Miso Soup. Here at Yoshi's we offer an exceptional bowl of miso. Our miso soup is comprised of Dashi broth, two types of miso, wakame seaweed, nameko mushrooms, silken tofu, and thinly sliced negi.
The two types of miso provide a harmonious balance of salty and sweet flavor that is complimented by the savory Niban Dashi. The firm wakame, crisp negi, slippery nameko, and soft tofu provide the texture and substance contrast that make eating this soup both enjoyable and comforting.« go back
