John Németh is a rising blues star; a singer steeped in the tradition and reminiscent of B.B. King, Ray Charles and Junior Parker, and a harmonica player of riveting intensity and virtuosity.  His music is an uncanny blend of retro-modern blues and soul music delights both purists and young hipsters alike.  He has spent the last 10 years opening for giants such as Robert Cray, Keb Mo’ and Earl Thomas, bringing him critical acclaim, as well as a record deal with Blind Pig Records in 1996. He has released one record on Blind Pig called “Magic Touch,” which has proven him to be a virtuoso of rare depth and power.
