SAN FRANCISCO Nov. 26, 2007 (KGO) -- It's been decades in the making, but finally, a new neighborhood is blossoming in San Francisco. Its focus: jazz music. Some say it's the rebirth of cool or the second go-round for jazz in San Francisco's Fillmore neighborhood. Back in the 1940's and 50's it was "the" place to hear the great performers of the day. Now, it will be again.
